*Artist Statement*
I am going to give this painting the title "Roses in Repose", because for some reason that title makes me smile. This assignment was to emulate the essence of a Georgia O'Keefe painting, and it was just so much fun! I had some problems with the technical work, because this was my first time using watercolors. I loved it, honestly, I just din'tquite have the skill level that I want to have with them! I'll have to come back and do it again after I get more practice.
